Return and Cancellation Policy

For any unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

If you are unhappy with you purchase in any way, please contact us directly to remedy the situation.

If you are requesting an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. Usually, a cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of purchase.
